I need to get my act together. I'm ashamed to say I've been slacking. Missing one prayer time makes a big difference. Connection with God dims when I don't keep in constant communication with Him. The same goes for most, if not all, relationships. I feel distant to many people, but I don't want to feel distant towards God. That is worst of all.

I've kind of been slacking at my job too. I'm usually coming in late. So today I made sure to hustle to make up for being late all the time. Time goes by fast when you're actually working. Like I've said before, my job can get tiring and annoying, but God has blessed me with this job and I need it. Therefore, I need to suck it up and work hard so that I may bring glory to God.

One of the joys of the winter season is the scarcity of bugs. Now that it's getting warmer, the bugs are going to start appearing everywhere. Sad face. If there's one thing I can permanently get rid of in the world, it'd be bugs. People always tell me that it would imbalance the whole ecosystem, but I don't care. That's just how much I detest them. Yeah, yeah, I know some good come from bugs, like flowers. Still, I can't stand the sight of them. I hate finding spiders in the bathroom or in my room. I get a freakin heart attack! From the moment I spot one, I transform into a fierce hunter and grab hold of my trusted weapon: the fly swatter. If it's too much for me to handle, I would call for back up: my little sister. We try to use team combos, but if we still can't destroy the abomination, we call for our grandma. She is sure to get the job done.
