[28 days left] substance abuse

This week's reading assignment was on Eating Disorders and Substance-related Disorders for my Abnormal Psych class. I currently should be working on a discussion board post about what I believe to be the cause, whether spiritual, cultural, biological, or psychological, of Substance Disorders, what are its effects on the person, family and society, and what I believe is the best prevention and treatment methods. I hate doing discussion boards, so here I am putting it off. I was trying to do it a day early, because tomorrow night we have an all-nighter event. Although, I don't think I can even stay the whole night, because I have a conference to attend on Saturday. These mandatory (pay for it yourself) conferences for work are such a drag. I feel like it's a waste of a Saturday. =(
