voice of the martyrs

Today, I got another issue of The Voice of the Martyrs newsletter. My heart breaks every time I read the different stories of Christians being persecuted for their faith. It also breaks my heart, because I look at my life and I ask myself, "What am I doing with my life for the Gospel?" There are believers in certain areas that do not and cannot have a copy of the Bible. If they are caught with one they get persecuted. One fellow has said that being tortured is not as bad as not having a Bible. Their enduring faith has always encouraged me in my walk with God. I want to cling ever tighter to God's Word, because there are so many out there that long to have their own copy.
