no rain.

Today, I got to witness to one of my kids at work. It went surprisingly well. I was outside with the kids and we were just talking. The rest started playing ball so one of them was left talking to me. I praise God for giving me an opportunity. He was so open and he didn't seem uncomfortable about the topic. I usually just start off by asking them what they think happens after a person dies. He said he believed people go to either heaven, purgatory, or hell. Long story short, I was able to make clear that the Bible says nothing about purgatory, we're all sinners deserving hell and Jesus paid the price for our sins providing us a way to be saved from eternal punishment. At the end of it all he actually said he enjoyed the conversation, which is a very rare case. He said it gave him something to definitely think about. Tomorrow, Pastor Kohl is going to do an invitation at chapel during which he asked me to play a song. I'm praying God will soften hearts and students will come to Him.
To God be the glory
