the day is dawning.

So here's to the last blog for 2007!
I have so much to be thankful for. I can smile and say that 2007 was a good year. I've come out of my shell more. I have more nerves to sing solos, more patience and understanding for children ever since I work full time at a school, and more books of the Bible I've finished reading. It was my new year's resolution a couple of years ago to finish reading the Bible. That wasn't a very easy task, and up to now I'm only half way done. In the Old Testament I got up to Psalm and decided to start reading the New Testament. As of today I am at Revelations 3. After I finish that, I'll continue where I left off in the Old Testament.

My highlights of 2007:
Bought my first laptop.

I graduated.

My debut.

First time being a small group leader.

First trip to Europe (Italy).

Bought my first car.

With that, I also finished my first semester of college. I'm also glad to say that every year I grow and learn like no other. Death has hit near home this year. Though we were never introduced Julian, you still have managed to touch my life as well. I have learned from you to love like there is no tomorrow.

I welcome 2008 with open arms.

Praise the Lord for "FIRSTS". The feeling they give is way better than the seconds and thirds.

HAPPY NEW YEAR AND MAY 2008 BE ANOTHER YEAR OF FIRSTS!
